Family Law For First Responders And Their Families

 The Family Law Division is led by Nick Morcom who served as a prosecutor at the 4th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office for 3 years, and was awarded the Outstanding New Prosecutor Award in 2007. Nick supervised county court and serviced on the Gun Homicide Unit exclusively prosecuting homicides and other serious violent crimes. 

Nick joined Woolsey Morcom in 2017 to lead and grow the firm’s Family Law practice. Nick is currently a member of The Florida Family Law Inn of Court at the Barrister level. Nick has personally assisted a countless number of first responders with Family Law matters and takes great pride in helping those who make daily sacrifices for the greater good of our communities.
