William F. McDonough, Esq, LLM, MBA (“Will”) is an experienced business leader and attorney. Will grew up in Ormond Beach, FL, attended Spring Hill College (of the Jesuit Order) in Mobile, AL, went on to receive his law degree and MBA from Stetson University College of Law as well as his LLM in Commercial Real Estate and Finance Law from University of Miami, School of Law. Will practiced law for 15 years with the first 5 years focusing on commercial real estate development and transactions work, and the subsequent 10 years on technology mergers and acquisitions, licensing and development work. During this time Will also worked as part time as general counsel for various technology companies as well as pursued side activities in business brokering.
During Covid, Will shifted his career to focus exclusively on business development work in the legal industry. He is now National Director of Business Development at Woolsey Morcom, where he is responsible for building strategic partnerships, sourcing mergers and acquisition targets as well as other various business operation activities.
