Andrew is an experienced family law attorney who has dedicated more than 18 years to helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging legal issues, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and complex asset division. As Co-chair of the Family Law department at Woolsey Morcom, he leverages his extensive litigation background to advocate for clients with skill, clarity, and compassion.
Andrew began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 4th Judicial Circuit, where he gained significant trial experience and established a strong record of success in the courtroom. This foundation in litigation has remained a core strength throughout his career, enabling him to represent clients effectively both in and out of court.
Before joining Woolsey Morcom, Andrew served as the Director of Training at one of Florida’s largest Family Law firms, mentoring attorneys and helping shape strategy in a high-stakes environment. He later led the Family Law department at a large regional law firm, managing cases across jurisdictions and helping clients protect what matters most to them.
A longtime resident of Ponte Vedra, Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.

Recently obtained an outcome for our client to have 100% sole custody of the child, which is rare in Florida, due to safety concerns involving the other parent; Relocation - Negotiated terms that our client could relocate with the child out of state, despite the other parent originally objecting and despite a court-appointed investigator recommending the child stay in Florida; Alimony - Successfully obtained a court order after a contested hearing awarding our client $15,000 per month in alimony to be paid by the opposing party
